“As first time dog owners we rescued our Labrador, Marley at the age of 18 months old, he had unfortunately not had the puppy training required to give him the best start in life. He was extremely pully on the lead to the point of injury & he was also reactive to everything. We had a few sessions with a trainer whom had provider us with advice on using restrictive equipment to apparently stop these behaviours, but as we found after 18 months, once the equipment was removed we were back to square one. Thankfully I found a need to lead & after 2 sessions with Tara & Neil they have provided us with the tools, confidence & understanding of how to finally achieve loose leash walking with our Marley who will be 4 in a few months. They were patient, calm & understanding with us & Marley. They broke everything down into simple terms for us & helped us to understand our behaviours too. We know it will take time & perseverance but we can now finally see light at the end & will be using them again for support with socialisation next. We finally have hope for the future & thats thanks to thank both.
